6. உப்புச்சீடையும், தட்டையும் (uppucheeday and thattai

Rice flour.   2c
Urad flour.   2Tc peek
Sesame seed.  2ts peek
Chilly powder. 3/4 ts
Salt.  2ts. Not peek ( medium )
Soaked Chenab dol1/2 c
Greated coconut1/4c
Non melted gee. 2 Ts
Gronded blakpeper 1ts
Mix all together, make v small ball, and fry it.  ( when you fry you away from the oil )
Do not over knead)


Same dough .  Knead  more and make a ball , and thin flat ,small  one and fry it  Tattai is ready-
